At Climate Now we have 10 things anyone can do to take action and help our environment. If you would like to join countless others and combat Climate Change today, let us know by signing up below and we’ll send you all 10 steps.

If you complete all 10 steps you can become a Climate NOW Hero and be featured on our website and social media!

We’ll also send you a FREE Climate Toolkit for students looking to learn more about climate change and make a difference in their community!

Volunteer

Want to take your climate activism to the next level? Join the Climate NOW Volunteer Program!

Volunteers are eligible to earn community service hours and become certified Climate NOW presenters.

  • Social media design : constructing graphics, overseeing social media posts, coordinating livestream events

  • Website design : creating educational resources, writing blog posts

  • Outreach : getting students involved in climate now, working with educators to organize climate presentations, corresponding with other nonprofits

  • Other: is there something else you want to do for Climate NOW? Let us know!

 Steps to Volunteer

1. FILL OUT THE VOLUNTEER FORM

2. JOIN THE CLIMATE NOW SLACK 

 You will be given instructions to join the Climate NOW slack where you can correspond with other volunteers and your volunteer group.

  3. MEET YOUR VOLUNTEER TEAM AND BEGIN WORK

Volunteer teams correspond over slack and meet once a month over zoom to discuss projects. 

​

  4. BECOME A CERTIFIED CLIMATE NOW PRESENTER

After volunteering 10 hours, volunteers are eligible to become certified Climate NOW presenters. Climate NOW presenters speak to schools about climate change on behalf of the Climate NOW school presentation program (link to school presentations).
