Since 2019, we’ve been supporting communities across the world through school-based programs and educational events
Climate NOW is a youth-led organization educating young people about climate change and the ways in which they can take action for a better future. Climate NOW aims to empower the next generation to be leaders in sustainability and social justice.
Our founder Sarah Goody started Climate NOW after seeing a need for climate education and an outlet for youth climate activism in her community of the San Francisco Bay Area. Climate NOW began by working with youth in Sarah’s town of Corte Madera, and then started working with students across the world.
From California to Africa!
Climate NOW was founded in Marin County, California, and now works with students from all 7 continents.
Our work spans continents! From Tanzania, Africa to Milan, Italy, Climate NOW has chapters around the World working to reduce carbon emissions in their own communities.
